All lessons, rentals, memberships, and camps offered by The Armory Baseball & Softball Academy are subject to availability.

By booking or purchasing services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our No Refund Policy.
Payments for lessons, memberships, and facility use must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your complete payment information.
While payments are non-refundable, we understand that scheduling conflicts may occur. Clients are encouraged to contact us in advance to reschedule a lesson or rental session. Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.

The Armory Baseball & Softball Academy and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use our website or services.

• Injuries sustained during training sessions, practices, or facility use.

• Technical errors, interruptions, or unauthorized access to user data.

Participants assume all risks associated with athletic activity and facility use.
